Classes meet Tuesday and Thursday except for County School Holidays. Specialty classes such as weapons, demo team, tournament prep, and testing meet on Fridays, times TBA.

At enrollment, the instructor can tell you about class availability and will evaluate which class is best suited for the student.

Our special Prep Class for 4-5 year-olds focuses on developmental body movement such as balance, eye/hand coordination, and large motor skills used in basic gymnastics. Students learn an awareness of "Stranger Danger" and practice break-aways and self-defense techniques. Also important is the development of classroom skills that will help them as they start into school. Fundamental martial arts techniques are experienced through drills and games.
